Short Biography

Hammurabi is a band from Belo Horizonte, MG, and is part of the third generation of a group of bands that changed the status quo of heavy music worldwide, such as Sepultura, Sarcofago, The Mist, Chakal, Sextrash, Holocausto, among others.

This scenario led to the emergence of bands that mix all these influences and Hammurabi, in the mid-2000s, became this exponent, being one of the most representative bands in the city, culminating in the signing of a contract with Cogumelo Records, international distribution via Relapse Records and participation in major events alongside great icons of world and Brazilian metal such as Sodom, Dark Funeral, Vader, Ragnarok, Krisiun, Almah, Onslaught, Torture Squad, Nervochaos, among others.
